Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an HR Advisor based in Olney for a global leading key and asset management company.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Location: Olney
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00pm, 2 Days in office (Tuesday and one day of choice) rest of week is working from home.
The role…
As the HR Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:
Manage entire recruitment processes, including managing suppliers, managing applicants and attending interviews.
Conduct interview screening and sit in on 1st and 2nd interviews.
Advertise vacancies.
Update key policies and procedures in line with new legislation as necessary.
Organise ad-hoc training and contribute to learning and development initiatives.
Ensure all changes to personnel are followed up diligently, making sure payroll are notified, accurate documentation is produced, and files are up to date.
Proactively support the change management programs within allocated business units to support the delivery of the wider company strategy, including organisational change and restructuring.
May pick up admin duties – onboarding.
L&d ER cases.
Manage internal staff communications within the HR department.
Comply with ongoing GDPR requirements and support managers and employees to do the same.
The experience required…
As a successful HR Advisor, you will have the following:
2-3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience working within an HR Generalist role.
CIPD level qualified would be advantageous.
Highly organised, self-disciplined with strong planning and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
