Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Spares Coordinator based in Olney for a well-established key asset management company.

Salary: £11 per hour
Location: Olney
Type of Contract: Temporary, Full-time.
Hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday

The role…

As the Spares Coordinator your role will involve the following important duties:

Carry out stock rotation.
Receive spares orders notifications and prepare products for shipping. Including picking and packing, testing of assemblies, building and testing of subassemblies.
Quality checks and ensuring correct documentation is supplied with goods before dispatch. 
Order processing.
Preparing goods for dispatch and arranging to ship via preferred shipping companies. 
 
The experience required…

As a successful Spares Coordinator, you will have the following:

Experience working within Customer Service and Warehouse.
Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) with a pass in Maths and English.
PC literate.
Need driving licence due to location of site.
