Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Operatives based in Olney for a global leading key and asset management company.

Salary: £10.06 per hour
‎Location: Olney, 100% site based
‎Type of Contract: Temp to perm
‎Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

The role…

As the Production Operatives your role will involve the following important duties:

Repetitive working. Hands-on assembling and testing of equipment.
Assemble and test cabinets and products to correct processes and procedures.
Working to quality control procedures for build and checking.
Work with production team leader and production team members to ensure the effective implementation of all production build plans.
Ensure all build paperwork and databases are fully documented and maintained with correct information.
Assist with stock takes and notify team leader of possible stock shortages at other times.
Follow Health and Safety policy procedures within the department and warehouse and ensure safe working practices are adhered to.
The experience required…

As a successful Production Operatives, you will have the following:

Training will be given on the job.
Previous experience using soldering equipment is preferred but not essential.
Proven experience in a production environment or similar role.
Good working knowledge of basic computing skills.
Able to follow written instructions and keep records.
Must be able to lift loads up to a reasonable level.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to provide accommodation and mileage/meal allowance to the right candidate as the location is difficult to get to without own transport.
