Recruitment Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly, rapidly growing team.
Position: Administrator
Location: Olney
Salary: Circa £20,000 – £22,000
Hours: Full-time office and home-based, flexible working considered

About the Role
As Administrator, you will be joining us at an exciting time of growth supporting our expanding client base.
You will support our small friendly team with all areas of administration including client support.
Main duties include:
Uploading job information to our internal system
Recording information on our CRM
Updating client records
Updating our internal database
Sending out client communications for the team
Answering telephone calls/replying to emails
About You
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer focussed individual, with proven experience of administration. You will be able to work as part of a team, as well as independently using your own initiative and bring a passion for helping some of the country’s most worthwhile causes.
Skills must include:
Strong IT skills particularly with Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Administration experience in a busy office
Experience of working with CRM’s
Professional telephone manner
Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A passion for the sector and a drive to help charities improve their recruitment processes
Although not essential, knowledge of the recruitment sector would be an advantage… but if you have the passion, skills and the drive, then we want to hear from you!
