Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Order Administrator based in Olney for a well-established commercial company.

Salary: £22,000 per annum
Location: Olney
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours working week
The role…
As the Sales Order Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
* Responsible for renewal of software licences, sales order processing and invoicing.
* Enter details onto ERP system, taking technical details from quotations, identifying queries and relaying the information to Production.
* Raise customer invoices.
* Raise despatch paperwork.
* Arrange shipping of product via UPS.
* Set up and maintain customer account details.
* Undertake general administrative duties.
The experience required…
As a successful Sales Order Administrator, you will have the following:
* Previous experience working within Customer Service or general office environment.
* Strong IT skills with experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Educated to GCSE level with a pass in English and Maths.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Works well under pressure and takes a proactive approach to resolve issues.
* Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
