Sales Order Administrator
Our client is a global leader in electronic key and locker management solutions, they are an award-winning company and are growing. A great opportunity has arisen within their fast-paced Sales Administration Team, to support the ever-growing maintenance within company.
Tasks
* Enter order details onto the ERP system, taking technical details from quotations, identifying queries and relaying information to the production team.
* Coordinating orders of Spares, site visits, key cabinets, and lockers.
* Using templates to ensure correct products are picked for the manufactured items.
* Understand the products, their pricing and discounting structures.
* Raise Customer invoices giving discounts and charging VAT appropriately.
* Raise despatch paperwork for goods to be shipped or installed in the UK.
* Arrange shipping of products via UPS as well as Kuehne & Nagel portal (UK shipments).
* Set up and maintain customer account details
* Answer customer and distributer calls relating to orders and invoice queries.
* You may be required to process purchase orders including other types of products (maintenance, software licences and partner programs).
* Perform other duties as required and directed by the Export and Despatch Manager

Salary and package
£20,000 – £22,000 + Bi- annual discretionary bonus
