Madisons Recruitment are actively seeking x2 Office Assistant's for a company based in Olney.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for answering the telephone to clients and assisting them with their queries, including managing and dispatching appointments to engineers

* Work with the engineering team to ensure jobs are completed and attended on time with all relevant and accurate detail

* Responsible for handling of all work from initiation to completion according to SLAs and ensuring that daily reports and planning software are kept up to date.

* Monitor daily work volumes ensuring efficient use of resources to meet turnaround timescales and ensuring achievement of maximum efficiency

* Identify any problems, potential causes and assist in setting appropriate actions to maintain KPI turnaround times.

* Liaise with line management to resolve issues relating to missed appointments or job related problems.

* Monitor job completion times and appointments kept and highlight any issues as appropriate

* Ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety requirements

* Responsible for the handling of customer complaints and onward referral

* Be alert and responsive to continuous improvement and process change.

* Responsible for compliance with all company policies, systems and procedures.

* Carry out any other duties necessary from time to time in support of the business.

* Excellent customer service skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to identify, evaluate and respond to situations quickly and methodically.

* Organisational skills necessary to manage and organise own workload and to comply with applicable deadlines.

* The ability to communicate effectively at levels commensurate with role, both verbally and in writing.

* The ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.

* Highly self motivated and ability to use initiative, when necessary.
