Madisons recruitment are actively seeking an Office Assistant / Resource Controller for a position based in the Buckinghamshire area. This is a temporary to permanent contract, working via the agency initially for 12 weeks then transferring over to a permanent contract thereafter.
Job Description
* Responsible for answering the telephone to clients, assisting with their queries including managing and arranging appointments for the team
* Working with the maintenance team to ensure jobs are completed and attended on time
* Monitor daily work volumes ensuring efficient use of resources to meet timescales and deadlines
* Monitor job completion times and that appointments kept an highly any issues as accordingly
* Ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety requirements
* Carry out any other duties as necessary
Person Specification
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to identify, evaluate and responds to situations quickly and methodically
* Strong organisations skills
* Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing
* Highly self motivated
* Excellent team player
Other information
* £10 an hour (first 12 weeks)
* Full time hours (8:00 – 5:30)
* £22,000 per annum (once permanent)
