Care Assistant DAY or NIGHTS – £10.62/hr – Newport Pagnell – Permanent
£10.62 per hour from 1st April 2022 (£9.75 per hour prior to April)

Working in a stunning care home in a great location, you will be responsible for the care of up to 45 older people, our professional standards are high and this is reflected in consistently good inspections by the CQC.
You will be working for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the residents and its staff first, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes.
We have the following contracts available –
·Care Assistant – Nights 33 Hours – £10.62 per hour (3 shifts a week, typically 8pm-8am. which involves every other weekend being worked)
·Care Assistant – Days 39 Hours – £10.62 per hour (3 1/2 shifts a week, typically 8am-8pm. which involves every other weekend being worked)
Key Responsibilities
·To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
·To ensure that the Care Home values of trust, respect and care are always maintained.
Person specification
·One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment
·A willingness to develop new skills
