We are looking for a full-time experienced shop butcher who will compliment the rest of the team and can demonstrate the following;

Excellent knife skills demonstrating butchery of pork, lamb, chicken and beef
A good understanding and commitment to all food safety requirements
Can deliver high quality customer service
