We have an exciting opportunity to join a market leading Property Management company working on behalf of Local Authorities.

We are currently recruiting for a Property Maintenance person to cover the south Midlands, Beds, Bucks and Herts. You will be working in just one area per day.

You will be given a diary of maintenance jobs on properties 1-4 a day depending on the work as it can be anything from changing light fittings to a redecorating a property. You must have basic electric and plumbing skills and your own transport, tools can be supplied.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am – 6.30pm

Salary is £24K with an OTE of £30K
