The job

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a highly experienced and creative team in a fast-moving and rewarding category.

Your role:

* Developing NPD recipes from across an extensive beverage portfolio.

* Supporting the sales team through customer interfacing presentations.

* Providing accurate information and data for the maintenance of recipe documentation and specifications.

* Contributing to the development of department objectives and actively participating in the planning process.

Your experience

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is educated to a degree level in a food science, food technology or chemistry related discipline.

You will have a background of working in an NPD/applications role, most preferably beverages. This role may suit a food graduate with 2-3 years post-grad experience who is looking to join a business long-term where they can progress their NPD career.

To succeed, you will possess a strong passion for product development, be highly organised and meticulous plus have excellent relationship building skills.

The Applications Development Technologist job is based in Buckinghamshire and paying a highly competitive salary according to your experience.

The company also provides excellent benefits including performance bonus, pension plan, private medical care, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing up to 30 days with long service).

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8/9 am – 5 pm, with a combination of both home and laboratory working.
