We are working with an innovative provider of advanced mobile technology (based near Newport Pagnell) who are currently looking to bolster their team and recruit two experienced Service Desk Analysts who have at least 2 years' Service Desk experience
• Excellent Relationship building skills (internal & external)
•Strong IT skills MS Office and Outlook
• Intermediate level of MS Excel
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and ideally some route cause analysis.
Experience of the following would be advantageous:
Jira Service Desk
ITIL knowledge
You will be part of a great team who work on a working shift pattern: 05:30 and 16:00 Monday – Friday. Occasional weekend and bank holiday cover may be required.
Whilst this role will be a combination of hybrid working (WFH and in the office) you will need to have access to a car to get to and from work
