We are working with an innovative provider of advanced mobile technology (based near Newport Pagnell) who are currently looking to bolster their team and recruit an experienced Data Coordinator who brings expertise within a fast paced environment and be part of a high performing team.
You will have at least 3 years experience in a data orientated and service delivery environment and will be responsible for will be responsible for investigating data queries and maintaining data integrity.
Essential Qualities:
* Highly data focused with the ability to work accurately and effiiciently using MS Office tools including MS Excel to a high standard (ideally VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)
* Applying excellent problem solving and prioritising skills you will attend to any data requests and tasks applying your excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Good attention to detail coupled with a positive minded can-do attitude is key in this role
The role will involve service delivery:
* Incident Management – Supports and troubleshoots data related incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigates and documents cause of incident and seeks resolution within agreed service level objectives.
* Change Management – Evaluates risks to the integrity of data or any processes ensuring this is included in the implementation of any changes.
* Testing – To support with any user acceptance testing for the data team
* Stakeholder Management – Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
* Provides relevant and timely updates- keeps people informed and knows when to escalate
* Ability to understand customer priorities and evaluate the resulting commercial risk and opportunity.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
* Strong decision- making skills and the ability to work unsupervised
* Excellent time management, planning & personal organisation
* Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
* Excellent problem solving skills and ideally some route cause analysis.
Experience of the following would be advantageous:
• Experience of working with retail-oriented customers
Whilst this role is initially working from home, you will need to be a car driver and local as the role will require you to be based in the office when it is safe to do so. Please note that there is also a rolling shift pattern between 05:30 – 16:00
