We are working with an innovative provider of advanced mobile technology (based near Newport Pagnell) who are currently looking to bolster their team and recruit an experienced Lead Developer to work within the Development team to deliver and maintain Solutions for their retail customers. The key requirements of the role are:

* Experienced as a Team Lead and Coaching/Mentoring/Managing others

* Experience with Off-Shore Development partner (preferably Near-Shore)

* Strong at an interpersonal level and seek to build and maintain great relationships through open communication and self-development

* Capable within Agile & Scrum development methodologies

* Familiar with a range of technical skills, including C#, MVC, Web API, .NET framework/Core, TSQL, Unit Testing frameworks, Infrastructure as Code, etc

* Highly Experienced with SQL server, entity framework and server technologies

* Exposure to Azure Dev Ops (CI/CD)

* A good communicator both verbal and written, both external and internal

* Driven to find and provide solutions

* Confident to instigate and embrace change, both personally and at a business level

* Self-aware and transparent
