We are looking for Junior IT Project manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract to help drive the successful coordination and delivery of some exciting business and technical projects.
This is a great role for someone who has worked either as a project manager, project analyst or co-ordinator in a retail business who has had exposure to EPOS projects already at a high level or looking to take on more responsibility.
Your experience as Junior IT Project manager/ Project co-ordinator
Project Management in a Retail / Hospitality environmentProven ability to manage multiple/concurrent high-profile IT projectsCreation of and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (including MS Project, Teams & Excel)Supplier Management skillsWorking knowledge of EPOS & retail systemsExperience of Fast moving and high volumes
Responsibilities as Junior IT Project manager/ Project co-ordinator
Responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of Business and Technical projects on time, within budget and qualityAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and projectcosts using appropriate verification techniquesPrepare and issue status reporting to IT Leadership & Key StakeholdersStakeholder and interdependency management, working across multiple external suppliers for specialist skills Quality control/procedures and processes Risk & Change Management Working with other internal functions such as IT Service Delivery, BA, Database team & Data Architect
