We are working with an innovative provider of advanced mobile technology (based near Newport Pagnell) who are currently looking to bolster their team and recruit an experienced and highly motivated Application Support Analyst who brings expertise within a SQL, DevOps, .Net environment.

You will have at least 3 years experience of scripting, data interrogation in SQL.

• Microsoft Server Side technologies (OS/ IIS, WCF)

•MS SQL Server 2008 Administration- SSMS •

• Incident Management

• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills

• Excellent problem solving skills and ideally some route cause analysis.

Experience of the following would be advantageous:

Jira Service Desk

ITIL Certification

This team works to a rolling shift pattern of between 05:30 and 16:00 Monday – Friday with weekend and bank holiday cover on rotation
