We currently have an opportunity for a Barista Maestro to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and customer focused individual to join the UKs favourite coffee brand.
As a Barista Maestro you will be responsible for:
To lead shifts when assigned by the Store Manager, taking responsibility for delivering brand standards in:
* Cash management
* Opening and closing the store/preparing for the shift to brand standard
* Ordering consumables/food
* Monitoring/delivering service to brand standard
* Ensuring our service standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and food products in a friendly, fast paced and upbeat environment
* Delivering a high level of customer service and interaction
* Training all team members to Barista level
* Health & Safety/Food Safety checks
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Barista experience
* Good organisational skills with ability to plan training
* Passion for coffee standards and brand excellence
* Supervisory experience (desirable)
As a Costa Coffee Barista Maestro you'll be delivering the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service
