Customer Service Advisor paying £12 – £13 per hour depending upon experience

Immediate starts until end of January 2022

We’re looking for a-number-of temporary workers to work with our MK based client in their modern offices.

Starting asap – you should be able to offer commitment until end of January 2022 (there may be an opportunity to secure a permanent role here).

You’ll be based within a lively, open plan in-bound call centre environment.

To be successful in this role/duties:

– Excellent communication skills (English speaking however, this is a multi-lingual team and English does not need to be your first language)

– Taking in-bound calls

– Assisting in ordering goods

– Processing orders and monitoring

– Dealing with queries (both telephone and email)

– Using in-house database
