My client, a Regional Main Contractor are currently seeking a Design Coordinator.

They generally focus on the Buckinghamshire area and in the Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse, Office, Residential and Mixed Development sectors.

The candidate will work under a Design Manager. They will attend design team meetings to co-ordinate architects, engineer’s and sub-contractor information and assist the contracts manager in producing and co-ordinating meeting minutes They will review drawing and design information to ensure compliance, and provide design support to Project Management teams.

The successful candidate MUST have:

Worked in a similar role with a UK main contractor

Have 2 years experience

Experience with steel frames and cladding would be ideal
