HOURS – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
Job purpose :
To fully complete payroll function each week including LTD Company Contractors and Umbrella Company workers + PAYE employees end of month and Generating sales invoices for all customers.
To carry out a wide range of administrative tasks to support the general functioning of the company. Including supporting Compliance, Recruitment, Pay and Invoicing and Supporting the Managing Director with day to day administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Provide support to the accounts team for timesheets, payroll, and invoicing as required.
• Ensure administrative, filing, database and office systems are kept up to date for all business functions.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Scale:
An office based role to manage payroll and invoicing also including a wide range of business functions of a family run SME specialising in temporary and permanent supply of engineering staff to various large UK based energy companies and social housing contractors.

• Computer Skills – Excel , Word , Database, SAGE would be beneficial
