Contract Cleaning and Support Services

A highly successful and privately owned Cleaning & Support Services company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area/Account/Regional/Contract Manager to join their dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career and where you can make a significant impact delivering exceptional levels of service through a highly motivated workforce within a thriving and supportive environment.

Objectives
Covering the East Midlands including Milton Keynes you will work closely with all areas of operations and sales. The main purpose of the role is to develop and retain excellent client relationships whilst supporting operations to ensure a ‘best in class’ service delivery is consistently achieved; delivering exceptional customer service across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key requirements (skills and qualifications)
A proven track record in cleaning contract management
A proven track record in successful people management
A proven track record in client relationship management
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle objections and think on your feet
Proven planning and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft programmes – MS Office and Office 365 packages
Knowledge of the cleaning industry is essential
