Are you a Recruitment Consultant frustrated with the limitations of working for someone else? Earning a small percentage commission of your billings? This is a fantastic chance to join an established, vibrant recruitment firm as a Self-Employed Recruitment Consultant, offering 70% commission rate increasing to 75% after 10k has been invoiced.
You will be given all the support you need, including access to all major job board advertising facilities and databases, company mobile phone, all office support and administration backup. All you need to bring is your passion, drive and experience to run a profitable desk – this role does not attract a basic salary so will only suit people who want to work from home as a recruitment consultant.
Candidate:
You must have at least 1 to 2 years recruitment experience within perm recruitment only. Ideally you will be working on perm recruitment desk in either Engineering and technical, sales, Financial and Legal recruitment
