My client is looking for an experienced Multi-lingual Team Leader to join a busy, supportive team based in Milton Keynes. You will have experience of Performance Management experience which will include previous recruitment, strategic management and reporting.

The salary: £34000 per annum

Hours of work: 8.30am – 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch

The job:

Performance Management

Review performance monthly and quarterly
Agree objectives
Create Development Plans
Review job descriptions annually
Manage absences and ensure balance of mental wellbeing and achievement of objectives
Work with Team Lead to ensure training and guidance is consistent
Review Sales QI and drive corrective methodsStrategic Management

Produce monthly meeting management information
Manage escalated issues from the team
Review rebate agreements
Review stock agreements
Support Head of Channel SalesReporting and annual business planning

Create annual business plan for the team
Prepare quarterly business review pack of Team Performance
Collate weekly commercial highlights
Report weekly in the Channel Sales Team Leader meeting
Enusre SLAs met for quotesThe person:

Fully proficient in English and French
Effective presentation skills
Excellent soft skills
Customer relationship management
Reporting of market trends
Proven training and Development
Sales forecasting and strategy
Budget and forecasting
Proficiency in MS Office, including Dynamics 365, Great Plains and KUMU software
