Role Overview

The Sales Lead Generation role is accountable for delivering goals, through alignment with the brand and ethos. Drive B2B awareness and lead generations in the call centre and can deliver self-generated new business leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Your purpose is to offer a 'one stop’ B2B hardware and security solution and help drive B2B sales growth in the contact centre based in Marlow.

Experience / Skills Required:

· Experience in cold calling and outbound calling

· Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships

· Flexible approach with a “can-do” positive attitude.

· Self-starter with the ability to work within a team environment.

· Previous telco/mobile experience is ideal, but not essential.

· Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning.

Responsible for:

· Achieving lead generation targets and maintaining high customer service levels

· Delivering self-gen leads through cold calling.

· Ability to build a strong pipeline and customer base from a standing start.

· Tracking leads through CRM to maximise all available opportunities.

· Providing handovers to the Business Solution Experts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00 – £25,000.00 per year
