We are adding a number of Field Deployment Engineers to our installation team, to work on a major telecoms roll out programme.

The role of the Field Engineer is to visit our clients premises and install the final leg of a telecoms roll out project.

You will be responsible for the connection from the exterior to the interior of a customer’s property.

No previous experience of telecoms deployments is necessary as full training and tools will be provided.

Following your initial training you will also receive industry accreditations.

This role is home based with travel to customer sites, your work will be allocated to you daily and will be within a 25 mile radius of your home

This role is a contract position which will be paid on a self-employed day rate basis

Duties

* Travel to various locations within your designated working area.

* Greeting customers

* Installing cable from the exterior to the interior of a customer’s property using hand tools (provided)

* Logging of activity via smart device

Skills/Competencies

* Must have your own vehicle and full driving licence, min 12 months.

* Great customer service skills.

* Must have your own Smartphone.

* Ability to work alone using your own initiative.

* Be prepared to work outside and within customer’s premises.
