Description:
Responsible for overseeing activity of civils build on fibre exchanges, working on greenfield construction projects and both data centre and PoP sites. The role will be overseeing contractors and liaising both internal and external stakeholder and chairing pre-start meetings with contractors, designers and safety specialists and undertake quality checks and audits on each site.

Responsibilities

Regularly converse with on-site civils contractors for agreeing variations
Create and provide weekly reports on build updates across all sites
Coordination of safety auditing with SHEQ team, actioning any and all failed items
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role
Demonstrable knowledge of installation of concrete bases, telecom chambers, fibre ducts, external fencing and groundworks
Knowledge of H&S standards (including CDM)
Demonstrable ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and documents
