Description:
The role will be responsible for the management and delivery of civils construction for a nationwide data centre deployment programme. This management will be across multiple construction builds at the same time across the UK, working actively with third party build partners (local authorities, councils, sub-contractors).

Responsibilities

Agreeing site designs with design partners and delivering completed builds according to both design and CDM regulations
Management of site design programme, and tendering with build partners, as well as managing site build logistics
Creating progress reports and maintaining project documentation (build updates, risk mitigations etc.)
Requirements:

Demonstrable experience of leading/delivering data centre civil construction
Knowledge of materials used for data centre build (concrete, cabling etc.)
Proven knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical in relation to facility builds
Proven experience of liaison and negotiation with councils, sub-contractors etc.
