Description:
Responsible for the management of a small team of network engineers with a focus on security aspects of a continuously evolving network, driving performance and delivery of security results from the team.

Leading small team of senior network security professionals, taking accountability for performance against established KPIs
Full management authority of team (performance reviews, discipline etc.)
Provide technical guidance to team across security technologies in use
Requirements:

Proven experience of management/leadership of networking team
Good knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, IDP, IDS, SIEM etc.)
Thorough understanding of MPLS technologies
Demonstrable knowledge of LAN and WAN environments
