UP TO £35,000 + £55K OTE + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + FANTASTIC BENEFITS

Are you an experienced Sales Person looking to develop your career within Telecoms with an award winning, industry leading business who continue to grow year on year?

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for contacting businesses and pitching the portfolio of products. You will be holding consultative conversations with senior level executives, managing a sales pipeline and converting opportunities through from leads to closed sales.

This role would suit a motivated individual from a Telesales, Business Development, Account Management or Sales background within Telecoms who is looking to progress their career and earning potential with a highly reputable business.

** Experience within telecommunications is essential for this role **

THE ROLE:

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for calling leads and introducing the portfolio of telecommunication products
Offering a consultative approach when speaking with senior level executives in order to fully understand their requirements
Handling and overcoming objections to secure sales
Update the database to ensure that all customer details are accurate
Completing administrative work as required
Working towards set targets and KPI'sTHE PERSON:

Experience within B2B telesales / business development / desk / account management / solution sales position
Experience within the Telecoms/Telecommunications
Ability to offer a consultative approach when speaking with customers
Target driven with the desire to earn high commission
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate over the phone in an engaging manner
Computer literateTHE BENEFITS:

Up to £35,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission – £55K OTE
