Job Overview:

My client is looking to hire a Project/Build Manager with solid background of leading and managing installation projects. This includes projects involving passive and active Distributed Antenna Systems, analogue and digital active RFoF systems, small cell and dedicated base station multi technology designs.

You will be prepared to travel extensively to work on client sites throughout the UK and Ireland. This may facilitate the need to stay away from home when needed.

Considerations:

Solid installations experience – ideally telecoms but electrical engineering or other relevant discipline will also be considered
A great motivator & natural leader, prepared to be hands on and lead by example
Ability to manage as well as work alongside a team of contractors and sub-contractors
Strong customer facing skills interfacing with high profile customers i.e. UK Mobile Operators. Hold engaging conversations with senior members of management and provide technical assistance where necessary.
Ability to share knowledge and understanding in a coherent fashion.
Professional approach including good communication skills, especially with the client.
Must be prepared to work away from home on client site.
Full UK driving licence.
