Our Client has a fantastic care home. The team at this care home are 1st class and looking to enhance this team with the acquisition of a top-class support workers to further progress the comfortable homely environment, to enhance the quality care provided they are looking to make the addition of Support Workers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and clinical skills and will work well within a team. You will take leadership when required to ensure smooth day to day running of the Centre. Reporting to the home manager, be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing.
