We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to work within supported living homes, working with adults who have a variety of learning disabilities and needs.  

You and the role!

you'll need to be able to follow comprehensive support plans

work with care staff already in place as part of the team

you'll have a minimum of 6 months experience of working with adults who have learning disabilities

you'll have a passion for your job
