About the organisation:

Willcob Care provide services to children and adults with Mental Health Conditions, Learning Disabilities, ASD, Physical Disabilities, Complex Needs and Behaviours of distress in the community.

About the role:

As a Support Worker, you will provide support to enable vulnerable people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, Autism and other complex needs to participate in vocational, recreational, educational and social programmes on and off site, both in a group and on a one to one basis. Ideally you will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification within Health and Social Care or equivalent or willingness to achieve the qualification
