Our client is looking for a lone working Support Worker covering thier move on properties. The candidate will work with up to 18 customers and will be providing housing support to 6 properties (reporting repairs, home visits, chasing the repairs). The role is mainly Mon-Fri but will require one working weekend in 6 weeks. This is a 9am to 5pm role.

This is a role for minimum 2 months, with immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have an experience in writing risk assessments and support plans, have great people skills and has knowledge of the benefit system and resettlement options for our customer group (Adult Homeless)
