We are looking for Specialist Support officer who have a 'can do' attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanour when needed.

About Organisation:
Client offers a sense of belonging and community, supporting adults with learning disabilities, provide supported living and day placement opportunities.
The Role:
Provide a housing management and support service to younger and older disabled and vulnerable people living in specialist accommodation of mixed tenure, general needs housing, emergency and temporary and private accommodation. To be aware of the housing support and wellbeing needs of individual residents and service users ensuring these needs are met by obtaining help from appropriate agencies, to enable residents, occupants and service users to maintain independent living.
Shift consist of 39 hours per week. The shift pattern will include early shifts or late day shifts. We are also considering Support Workers for flexible bank hours, great for those looking to work with flexibility.
We are also offering weekend working with sleepovers and a willingness to work additional hours if required.
Shift patterns 1 on 2 off or 2 on 4 off. 8-10 sleeps per month (£30 per sleep adds £3240 to salary package £22,161 all long days
Overtime paid x1.25 for Band A & B and x1.5 for salaried CSE/CTS locations
