A rare part time opportunity for a Support Home Manager on a permanent 3 days a week contract.
Working across a small portfolio of care homes in the central region (Beds, Bucks, Coventry, Birmingham, Derby) you will be undertaking quality improvement projects under the direction of the Regional Management team.
Requirements:
Experienced home manager with skills in turnaround and/or quality improvement
Knowledge and experience in elderly care and dementia care
Experience of undertaking quality audits
Current working knowledge of CQC and action plans
Strong leadership and communication skills
Coaching skills
Someone with a full driving license and own car and flexible to travel out to different care homes. Salary
c£55,000pa pro rata
Permanent contract, 3 days per week
