Title: Support Worker

Wage : Up to £19.00 gross per hour

About this client/child:

Tina (4) is a sweet little girl who enjoys cuddles, listening to stories and music and spending time with her family. Tina sustained brain damage and requires 2:1 support 24/7.  She has Cerebral Palsy, epilepsy, profound visual and hearing impairments and is a wheelchair user. Tina requires suctioning and her feeds and medication are administered via PEG.  We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Support Workers to join her newly established care team.

Overview of role:

In this role you will be required to assist Tina with her daily routine, working alongside a nurse/ second team member. You will be responsible for personal care, following recommended therapy techniques, monitoring her health and engage Tina in appropriate activities.  You will be supported and guided by experienced Team leader and Case management company. £17.00 gross per hour weekdays, £19.00 gross per hour weekends. Day shifts available are on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 9.00am to 9.30pm. You will be required to work alternate weekends. Waking night shifts available on Monday and Friday 9.00pm to 9.30am
