Responsible for working alongside other staff members and children in a residential home. Ensuring that our service users receive the highest standard of support, appropriate to their individual needs.

Salary :£9.10 – £9.70 (depending on experience)/ hr + £45 per sleep-in.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 1+ years of experience of working within a residential environment

• Diploma in Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce

• Experience of working with young people that have social, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (desirable)

• Ability to work shifts and sleep-ins

• The successful applicant must be over the age of 21

• Full driving license with access to own transport (desirable)
