Aylesbury base with some agile working
Salary: £34635 per annum

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Rent Advisor to join our team.
This role will require you to specialise in the collection of rent arrears and achieve the Trust’s performance targets for rent arrears recovery. This will include taking action on tenants who fail to pay their rent. You will also be responsible for providing support and advice to tenants and have a good working knowledge in relation to housing management and welfare benefits.
The successfully appointed Rent Advisor will be a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, along with excellent IT skills; particularly with the use of Microsoft Office and be able to demonstrate a high level of numeracy skills.

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
Experience in working in social housing or other front line customer service environments
A working knowledge of good practice in relation to housing management and welfare benefits
Knowledge of the legislation governing the recovery of rent arrears
A current driving licence and use of own vehicle
The minimum qualifications required are 5 GCSE's grade C and above (or equivalent including Maths and English)
