My client is looking for a skilled and motivational Home Manager, Service Manager or Registered Manager to oversee 3 supported living services in Bedford and Milton Keynes.

For this role, you will be offered a fantastic salary of £33,000 – £35,000 dependent on experience

We are looking for a candidate with multi site managerial experience, a proven CQC track record via inspection reports, strong motivational and staff management skills, flair for bringing new ideas to improve services.

The Registered Manager will be offered

Salary of £33,000 – £35,000

* Monday to Friday working pattern with on call duties

* 7.6 weeks annual leave

To be considered as Service Manager, you must have

* QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4

* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities

* Multi site managerial experience in adult social care

* CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
