A Large Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Registered Manager to cover the Thames Valley region. As the Registered Manager you will be, supporting the Director with both operational and Commercial performance. This role is full-time, homebased and permanent position.
The ideal candidate will have fostering experience. You will need to be committed and have the drive to match this Independent Fostering Agency's ambitions and they always look internally for promotions before externally.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:
Manage, develop and promote fostering
Help to maintain carers and children
Lead the development of the area business plan
Maintain effective relationships with Local Authorities
Requirements of you as the Registered Manager:
A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid HCPC registration
Significant experience of working within Fostering
Experience as a Manager with strategic planning & development responsibilitiesMust hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: Thames Valley
Salary: up to £50,000 + Car Allowance or Company Car
