Registered Manager with Adoption experience needed for a specialist adoption agency based in Milton Keynes.
Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for a Registered Manager to join a specialist adoption agency which provide a range of services to people who have been touched by adoption. They are especially committed to recruiting adoptive families for children who wait the longest and have been supporting the most vulnerable children in society for 150 years.
They recruit adopters from approximately a 50-mile radius of our base in Milton Keynes and welcome all kinds of families for all kinds of children.
They are seeking an Adoption Manager to lead and support their adoption team into a post-pandemic way of working, creating stability, identifying more efficient ways of working and enabling excellence in the services offered to families and children. This is a senior leadership role in a charity and the postholder will be required to positively influence the development of the team and staff group and the experience of children, young people and families. The Adoption Manager also plays a key role in adopter recruitment, development of policy and practice – and will act as the Registered Manager for the service.
The postholder will work closely with the Adoption Support Manager to ensure seamless end to end support both before and after placement.

Job Requirements:
* Eligible to work in the UK
* 5+ years post qualifying experience
* 2+ years management experience (minimum level 4 management qualification)
