You will be primarily responsible for managing a EBD home for 4 children based in Milton Keynes.
You'll report to the CEO and will be tasked with the following:
– Ensuring all records are kept up-to date
– Creating and updating care plans
– Recruiting, training and motivating staff
– Creating activities which will benefit the children
– Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring all safeguarding
– Managing budgets for the service
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got experience of managing a EBD home.
They'll also need you to have experience of motivating a team of carers as well as working closely with Ofsted and meeting their standards.
It's also really important that you possess diploma level 5 in leadership and management, or equivalent and a clean DBS.
You'll also need to be to be positive, outgoing and confident and be able to work effectively as a natural leader.

What can I earn?
This Registered Manager position offers a basic salary between £34,000 – £37,500 per annum depending on experience.
On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to £3,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets.
