ENS Recruitment is working with a charity with over 30 years' experience in supporting vulnerable adults and the elderly – with the recruitment of a Registered Manager in Buckinghamshire. We are currently seeking a Registered Manager to be at the heart of a residential home for the elderly.
This purpose-built home consists of two units and has the capacity to house 32 people over 65 who may have dementia.

What are the requirements?

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a residential home for the elderly
* NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care
* Sound knowledge of CQC legislation
