This role would suit a manager with operational children's residential services background or a well established children's home manager looking to take your career to the next level? You will have obtained the level 5 diploma Leadership and Management Children's Residential Services or equivalent Level 4, Social Work degree.

The Role:
The Development and operations of a cluster of new children's homes in the Northwest/Liverpool area. Initially you will be a Registered Children's Home Manager and register with Ofsted to manage a new two bedded EBD home in Liverpool; the home is due to open imminently and a staff team includes a strong deputy. You will have autonomy to utilise your knowledge and expertise to put your own stamp on the service with excellent infrastructure in place to allow you to make it happen. Once up and running you will be involved in the development of their second children's home. This role has huge potential for you to then progress to an operational role.

The Organisation:
This exclusive role is with a well established Charitable organisation who offer various children's mental health support services and they are about to embark on an exciting new project opening their first children's residential service on the North side of Liverpool.

This charity are very passionate about what they do and they want a manager to come on board and share their same ethos and objective to deliver quality homes and care for the children and goal to achieve positive long term outcomes
