Regional Director – Dementia & Elderly Care.
Location – Buckinghamshire
Salary – £75k – £80k pa + £5k car allowance

Remit
Compass Associates are proud to be working exclusively with a valued client to recruit for a Regional Operations Director to oversee Circa 5 mixed residential, nursing & elderly homes in the Buckinghamshire area. These homes are registered for old age and dementia care and require somebody to oversee the operational performance of these services. The company is a growing provider and is an exciting time to join the business.

The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual who is able to lead and inspire a team. The successful applicant will need to have previous experience at Operations level that has covered multiple sites. Knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines is essential in this role as well as previous experience overseeing Residential or Nursing Homes.

Requirements

Passion for Elderly care / Extensive leadership experience
Exposure to safeguarding's & CQC
Genuine Passion for elderly & dementia care
Ability to market and establish relationships in the local community
Budget experience.

Location
This role is covering the Buckinghamshire area so can be based anywhere across the region.

My client is seeking an experienced Regional Manager/ Director who is a committed, passionate and driven individual to oversee their circa 7 homes. In exchange my client is offering a salary of up to £75,000 – £80,000 pa + £5k car allowance + benefits.
