Bright Selection is recruiting an experienced and qualified Health and Social Care Trainer for a small group of luxury care and nursing homes for older people and people living with dementia.

As the lead group trainer you will be required to provide effective, competency based and compliant training for all team members. We are ideally seeking a trainer with a nursing qualification, however we are also keen to hear from qualified trainers with relevant care home experience.

The group are expanding and so this is a great time to be joining amid some exciting and ongoing development and growth.

Essential Skills and Experience Required

A recognised training qualification (PTLLS, L3 in Education and Training or equivalent)
Health and social care experience, ideally within elderly nursing and dementia care
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
You will have experience of planning and delivering high quality classroom workshops
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage your own workload and diary

This is a full time, permanent position offered with a salary of up to £40,000pa DOE. The role will involve regular travel, predominantly M4 / M40 corridors.
