Residential Referrals Manager

Base Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £25,000

Role and Responsibility

* Daily oversight of all referrals inboxes, portals and frameworks

* Initial screening of referrals before sending appropriate referrals to Operation Director

* Through robust product knowledge, offer suitable options to customers to meet the needs of young people

* Provide statistical information as required in relation to placements activity

* Meet required response times in actioning referrals for children and young people

* Help maintain positive business relationships with Local Authorities through a range of communication methods

* Contribute to placement growth in line with the region’s growth plans

* Portray a professional, positive and helpful image of the organisation and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Role requirements

* Have experience in a similar or related role

* You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally

* Be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and external local authority contacts

* You must have strong presentation and report writing skills

* You will be able to demonstrate solid IT and administrative skills
