Stephen James Consulting are looking to recruit a Clinical (RGN/RMN) Quality Business Partner for a Not-for-Profit elderly care provider, based in Buckinghamshire.

This newly created role will be supporting elderly nursing and residential homes, whilst playing a key role in influencing the clinical agenda and clinical governance along with quality improvement.

Key Areas of focus will include the following regulatory and legal compliance areas and responsibility for:

* Identifying clinical learning needs at a strategic and programme level across the care home portfolio.

* Working on appropriate solutions with a range of internal and external partners.

* Developing learning content and high-quality resources

* Delivering clinical learning through digital platforms

* Developing and Maintaining systems to meet current regulatory expectations, Collaborating with the business to fully understand the key business performance issues.

To be considered for this role of RGN/RMN Quality Business Partner you will need the following experience:

* Hold a current registered PIN with the NMC (RGN/RMN) Essential

* A qualified nurse, passionate about care with a good understanding of the care home sector.

* You will be a confident communicator able to develop credible relationships at all levels in the organisation.

* Experienced in managing and delivering effective clinical training throughout the whole of the learning cycle.

* IT literate About the role

This role is offering a competitive Salary and Benefits Package which depending on candidate experience: £60,000 – £65,000
